It constantly monitors the ambient and preform temperatures, automatically adjusting the wattage of individual heating zones. This prevents overheating and crystallization, resulting in a reject rate of less than 0.1%—a vital statistic for reducing raw material wastage.
Managing a high-speed machine requires crystal-clear operator feedback. The integrated industrial HMI Touch Screen provides real-time analytics, including hourly output, air pressure trends, and precise temperature graphs for the heating oven. Furthermore, the PLC features an advanced self-diagnostic protocol. If a preform is jammed, air pressure drops, or a heater fails, the machine instantly halts and pinpoints the exact location of the fault on the 3D visual interface, reducing troubleshooting time from hours to seconds.
Traditionally, achieving speeds above 6,000 BPH required shifting to complex, highly expensive rotary blow moulding machines.
