Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless specifically stated in our formal quotation. Payment terms will be specified in the formal contract or invoice provided to the client.

6. Warranty and Liability

Our machines and products come with specific warranties as detailed in the purchase agreement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our products. Our maximum liability under any circumstance will be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. BMR Machinery and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
