Industrial-grade 120 Bottles Per Minute high-speed water bottling production line. Built by the top PET blow moulding machine manufacturer in India.
When you are competing at the highest tier of the packaged drinking water market, supplying massive super-stockists, or fulfilling government contracts, sheer output volume is your greatest asset. The 120 BPM (Bottles Per Minute) High-Speed Bottling Plant is an industrial leviathan. Capable of processing 7,200 bottles every hour, this Triblock RFC machine can easily push out over 70,000 bottles in a single shift. This represents the pinnacle of BMR Machinery’s liquid packaging technology, designed for established enterprises demanding relentless, 24/7 continuous operation.
To handle 120 bottles per minute, the machine’s fundamental architecture is vastly upscaled. The main drive system utilizes high-torque, variable-frequency drive (VFD) motors coupled with an oversized, oil-bath lubricated central gearbox. This ensures that the massive rotary turrets for rinsing, filling, and capping spin with absolute smoothness and zero vibration. The heavy-gauge SS304 frame provides an immovable foundation, ensuring that the critical alignment between the bottle necks and filling valves remains perfect year after year.
At 7200 BPH, centrifugal forces become a significant factor. Standard gravity filling can result in splashing and inconsistent volumes. This machine employs Micro-Negative Pressure filling technology. A slight vacuum is created inside the PET bottle just before the valve opens. This not only draws the water in faster but also immediately sucks away any surface foam or displaced air. The result is an incredibly fast, splash-free fill that guarantees the exact same volume across hundreds of thousands of bottles.
Applying 120 caps every minute requires exceptional precision to avoid cross-threading. The capping turret utilizes an advanced 'Pick and Place' mechanism. Instead of the bottle dragging the cap out of a chute, the magnetic capping head actively picks the cap up and places it squarely onto the bottle's threads before applying rotational torque. This drastically reduces cap wastage and ensures a flawless, hermetic seal that easily withstands high-pressure stacking during transport.
The 120 BPM RFC Triblock is the designated partner for our flagship 7200 BPH 6-Cavity Fully Automatic PET Blow Moulding Machine. When these two machines are linked via an automated air-conveyor system, they form a closed-loop, ultra-hygienic production powerhouse. Empty bottles are blown, transported, rinsed, filled, and capped without a single human hand touching them, ensuring the highest possible FSSAI and BIS compliance.
Controlling an industrial line of this scale is made simple through an advanced SCADA-ready HMI panel. The PLC monitors hundreds of data points every second. Operators have access to real-time analytics, including live output rates, capping torque variances, CIP (Clean-In-Place) schedules, and preventative maintenance alerts. If a fault occurs, the system's robust diagnostics immediately isolate the issue, allowing your maintenance team to minimize downtime and keep the line running at maximum profitability.
