The 90 BPM (Bottles Per Minute) Automatic Bottling Plant is specifically engineered to bridge the gap between medium-scale and massive industrial operations. By outputting 5,400 bottles every hour, this Triblock RFC (Rinsing, Filling, Capping) machine allows your facility to easily produce over 50,000 bottles in a single standard shift. At high speeds, ensuring bottles are thoroughly cleaned without retaining rinse water is an engineering challenge. The 90 BPM machine features an expanded rotary rinsing turret with a larger circumference. This extended path allows the high-pressure ozonated water jets to deeply sanitize the interior of the newly blown PET bottles, while simultaneously providing a longer, calculated drain time as the bottles travel inverted. This guarantees absolute sterility without diluting the perfectly balanced TDS of your final mineral water product.
Filling 90 bottles every 60 seconds requires specialized fluid dynamics. Standard valves would cause severe foaming and inconsistent fill levels. This machine utilizes advanced, high-flow gravity filling valves with built-in air return tubes. As the water rushes into the bottle, the displaced air is smoothly vented out, preventing turbulence. This ensures that every single bottle is filled to the exact same millimeter mark on the neck, presenting a perfectly uniform product on retail shelves.
Manually feeding caps into a hopper is impossible at this speed. The 90 BPM plant is equipped with a standalone, motorized cap elevator and an advanced rotary unscrambler. Bulk caps are dumped into a floor-level bin, and the elevator gently lifts them to the sorter, which aligns every cap perfectly before feeding them down the air-conveyor chute. The magnetic capping heads then precisely apply the caps with consistent torque, ensuring a leak-proof and tamper-evident seal.
A bottling plant is an interconnected ecosystem. The 90 BPM filler is the perfect mathematical match for our 4-Cavity (4000-4800 BPH) or 6-Cavity (7200 BPH) Automatic PET Blow Moulding Machines. Empty bottles can be fed directly from the blow moulder onto an air-conveyor, which gently floats the bottles by their neck rings directly into the filling machine’s inlet star-wheel. This eliminates the need for manual bottle handling, drastically reducing labor costs and eliminating a major source of biological contamination.
Maintaining hygiene in a high-speed plant is vital. The machine features an integrated CIP (Clean-In-Place) circuit. By connecting dummy cups (CIP cups) to the filling valves, the entire internal piping, filling tank, and valves can be flushed with caustic soda, hot water, and sanitizers in a closed loop. The heavy-duty SS304/SS316 frame and centralized lubrication system ensure that despite the relentless speed, maintenance is minimal and the machine’s lifespan spans decades.
