Fully automatic 40 Bottles Per Minute Rinsing, Filling, and Capping (RFC) machine. A complete turnkey mineral water plant machinery setup for medium scale production.
The filling machine is the beating heart of any beverage production line. The 40 BPM (Bottles Per Minute) Automatic Bottling Plant by BMR Machinery is a highly sophisticated, rotary Triblock system. This means it seamlessly combines three distinct operations—Rinsing, Filling, and Capping (RFC)—into a single, compact, enclosed unit. Producing 2,400 bottles per hour, this machine perfectly synchronizes with a 2-cavity fully automatic blow moulding machine and a 2000 LPH RO plant, creating a flawlessly balanced, highly profitable turnkey mineral water setup.
Even though bottles are freshly blown, they must be rinsed to guarantee absolute sterility before filling. Empty bottles enter the Triblock via a star-wheel and are immediately inverted by specialized gripper arms. High-pressure nozzles spray ozonated water deep into the bottle, washing away any microscopic dust or static-cling particles. The bottles are then allowed a brief draining period to ensure no rinse water dilutes the final product, before being seamlessly transferred to the filling carousel.
The filling stage utilizes an advanced gravity-fill or micro-negative pressure filling mechanism, ideal for non-carbonated liquids like mineral water. The bottles are elevated to meet the filling valves. The unique 'Neck-Holding' transfer system means the machine handles the bottles by their rigid necks, rather than their bases. This allows you to use extremely lightweight, thin-walled PET bottles (e.g., 12-gram 1-Litre bottles) without them buckling or collapsing under the pressure of the filling valve.
A perfectly filled bottle is useless if the cap leaks. Immediately after filling, the bottles are transferred to the capping turret. The machine features an automatic cap unscrambler and chute that delivers caps continuously. The capping heads utilize advanced magnetic torque technology. This allows the operator to precisely set the tightness of the cap. The magnetic slip-clutch ensures that once the cap reaches the perfect torque, the head stops tightening, preventing damage to the plastic threads and ensuring a secure, tamper-proof seal every single time.
Wastage is the enemy of profitability. This RFC Triblock is controlled by a central PLC integrated with highly sensitive optical sensors. It employs strict logic protocols: 'No Bottle - No Rinse', 'No Bottle - No Fill', and 'No Bottle - No Cap'. If there is a gap in the production line, the valves will not open, preventing massive water spills and cap wastage. This intelligent automation allows a single operator to oversee the entire filling process with minimal stress.
Hygiene is non-negotiable. The entire framework, including the filling tank, valves, and star-wheels, is constructed from food-grade Stainless Steel (SS304 or SS316 depending on client requirements). The machine is enclosed in a tempered glass or acrylic safety cabinet, protecting the filling zone from airborne dust and insects. Furthermore, the machine is designed for easy CIP (Clean-In-Place) integration, allowing the internal pipelines and valves to be sanitized with hot water and chemicals without dismantling the machine.
